Evaluation Question Four
How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
The main technology used was the use of "Blogger", this enabled me to log my production process as an online diary and also upload planning thoughts, ideas and media content. I customised my blog so that it has links at the top of the page to take you directly to the section you are looking for, also these links are on the side of the page which move down as you scroll. Also, I added a scroll to top link which appeals in the bottom right hand corner as soon as the page begins to scroll.
The use of the blog enabled me to upload my evaluation as well, to link my planning log and my evaluation together I created to separate blogs and made a hyperlink at the top of each stating "Click Here To Go To My Evaluation" or "Click Here To Go To My Planning Log". This will help users of the blog navigate through each section and flick between the evaluation and planning log.

When constructing the homepage for my artist I decided to design, program myself and create it from scratch. This would give the page an authentic look meaning it would not be something that has already been made. However, this has meant that the homepage does not look as professional as it could have been if I had used a template that has already been made for me. If I were to redo this project I would think about using a template because this would enable me to have a professional website reducing the workload and time that I had to put in to designing it from scratch and uploading it to the internet.
